Joanne Coe organises yard sales that raise hundreds of pounds for deserving charities.
Joanne spoke to Littleport Life and said, ”Over the last year my fundraising has become a non – stop marathon of events. Almost £800 was raised in December when more than 360 people attended a Disco & UV puppet show I organised at Littleport Leisure Centre and this was handed over to Littleport Fun Day Committee Littleport Town FC also challenged me to raise £1000 in 3 months.
After selling sweets, running photography sessions plus selling a few items on Facebook along with bag packing on Xmas Eve at the Co-Op, Wisbech Road. I was delighted to give our Littleport Town Football Club £1,211.
I received thanks from Bob Bowditch, the Chair of LTFC. “ Joanne tells us that many more events are planned throughout 2015.
Easter disco with bingo – Easter holiday activities – Summer holiday activities. Not forgetting those Yard Sales 2015 !! Nearly new sales are planned through the year with a few more family nights and possibly another Christmas Disco/Show.
